I started out the job just processing policies into IAG's system, processing paperwork and just that. After couple of months, I was trained soon enough to move on to accounts, and in this few months, already 3 people had left their roles in the current team, leaving the team heavily understaffed for the time I was there.

My colleague who sits behind me, is having her baby due in few weeks time and before she left she had passed on to me a few of her accounts, then one fine day, about 2 weeks ago, her midwife told her she had to rest, leaving her job in short notice, and all her bullshit large accounts came to me to tidy up.

So now I handle the following broker accounts;

I'm still in the process of tidying her shit up; thank goodness for the senior advisor who sits diagonally from me, that spent the last few days with me going through all the crap.
